This is an Afghan dress and is hand made by afghan artisans. The dress size is one size fits all. The dress can be worn by a lady having bust size from 34 to 42 and can be easily adjusted with the help of the belt on the back. The color of the dress is red which is commonly used by Afghan Ladies on wedding events such dress would probably be used by an Afghan girl on her wedding or by a close relative of the bride, who would like to perform the traditional Afghan Pashtoon dances like "Attan".
