Refund policy

You may return most new, unused items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.

However, in our Dresses category, we do not accept returns. Only an exchange is possible if you receive a faulty dress or a dress that does not fit you. In such cases:

• The exact dress in another size will be shipped for the exchange.
• If you want to exchange the dress with another design, a 25% fee will be charged based on your last purchase.

Return Shipping Costs:

• The return shipping will be paid by the customer.
• For exchanges, the new item's shipping cost will not be charged and will be covered by us.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time frame includes:

• 5 to 10 business days: Transit time for the return to reach us.
• 3 to 5 business days: Processing time once the return is received.
• 5 to 10 business days: Time for your bank to process our refund request.
